Delivery Areas
Satinni ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the U.S.
Processing and Delivery Times
Your estimated delivery timeframe is calculated as: Order Processing + Shipping Transit.
We partner with trusted U.S. carriers to ensure your order is handled securely and delivered promptly.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
All orders undergo a quality check and careful packaging before shipment, which is included in the processing timeframe.

Package Protection and Lost Shipments
All shipments include complimentary parcel insurance at no additional cost.
If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please contact us at info@satinni.co. We will promptly assist you in initiating a lost package investigation with the carrier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress from dispatch to delivery.
