Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@satinni.co. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

For these cases, we will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund at our discretion. We will also cover the original shipping costs. No restocking fees will apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please reach out to our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process.


Standard Returns – 30-Day Policy

Changed your mind? Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they meet the following conditions:

          1. Unworn and unused
          2. In original condition
          3. Returned in the original packaging

Please write your order number clearly on the outside of the return package. Return shipping costs for standard returns are your responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.


Restocking fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items. When you return an eligible product, you receive a full refund of the purchase price.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns if:

    1. The return package lacks a valid order reference number
    2. The item is not in a returnable condition as outlined above

Refund Process
