Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Satinni ships only within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.


Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package from dispatch to delivery.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

            1. Unworn and unused
            2. In original condition
            3. Returned in original packaging

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at info@satinni.co with:

          1. Your order number
          2. Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Shipping costs will be covered in these cases.


When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.


Do you charge restocking fees?

No. We do not charge restocking fees on any returns.


Exchanges & Order Changes

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Exchanges are available for different sizes, colours, or products.
Please contact our support team to begin the exchange process. The original item must be returned before the replacement is shipped.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and you’ll need to follow our return process.


Can I change my order after placing it?

Changes can only be made before shipment. If you need to update your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@satinni.co. Once shipped, modifications are no longer possible.


Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as secure digital wallets such as Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Available payment options are shown at checkout.


Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are protected using SSL encryption and comply with PCI DSS security standards.
Your full card details are never stored on our servers.

What if an item is out of stock?

Out-of-stock items are clearly marked on the website. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be alerted when the item becomes available again.
